Lead Submissions
When you submit the contact form, Veriferium stores the details you provide: email address, optional scanning context, source, and submission timestamps.
D1 Storage
Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1. The landing site uses salted hashes for rate limiting and abuse controls. It does not store raw IP addresses or raw user-agent strings in D1.
Turnstile
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. The server verifies the Turnstile token before saving a submission.
Lead Notifications
Veriferium uses an internal notification channel to alert the team of new access requests. Your email and optional scanning context may be included in those internal operational notifications.
Retention
Contact-form records are marked with a retention date. The intended retention period for new lead submissions is 180 days unless a longer period is needed for a direct business conversation or legal obligation.
Deletion And Export
To request deletion or export of your contact-form data, email team@veriferium.com from the address used in the submission.
Analytics And Cookies
This landing scaffold does not add analytics or marketing cookies. If analytics or cookies are added later, this page should be updated before launch.
